NFT Flipping P/L Tracker - Notion Template

This Notion template is the simple and practical tool I have created to track my NFT purchases, listings, sales, and P/L (Profits and Losses) easily.

I decided to share it.

This has become THE hub for my data-driven NFT flipping business:

1. centralization of data to save time and to carry out my activity in a data-driven way
2. depending on my goal, I can follow my P/L both in crypto and fiat. (ETH, SOL, EUR, DOL, or crypto/fiat you want to add)
3. before listing an NFT, I can quickly have a look at the possible latent gain/loss
4. once the NFT is sold, I can record my P&L per trade but also in total
5. integrated smart filter system to follow my activity by date (month or whatever custom frequency), by NFT collection and/or by wallet
6. find a transaction (via Tx Hash) on a block explorer to have all the details and especially the crypto/fiat conversion at the time of the transaction

You will see that this template takes into account the gas fees when buying and the listing, platform, and creator fees when selling.

Of course, this is only a template and it is possible to add other fees if they are not listed or other % or any other data, or filters. These are the parameters that I personally use.
